For our HQ based in Lugano, we are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to boost future projects with creativity, active participation, and a positive attitude.
The candidate will be in charge of the entire Supply Chain process and stock rotation, will verify the correct delivery times and possible returns and, in collaboration with the Management, will define the purchasing conditions.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage coding and product master data (SKU);

  • Plan and forecast order quantities to be sent to suppliers

  • Identify stock shortages and propose/develop alternative solutions

  • Prepare statistics reports regarding the different product categories

  • Ensure the availability of accessory materials for production

  • Actively promote negotiations with suppliers

  • Enter orders to suppliers and check suppliers' order confirmations

  • Monitor order progress, intervene on critical issues by enforcing deadlines and agreements

  • Perform sample quality control of products delivered by suppliers

  • Constantly relate with Customer Service, Delivery and Accounting colleagues in order to prevent or solve critical issues related to suppliers' orders.



Requirements:

University degree with a focus on Supply Chain Management, Procurement or related field
Experience in medium-sized companies, preferably in the textile and clothing industry.
Problem-solving and advanced organizational skills
Ability to work in a team
Proficient in negotiations
Ability to learn new procedures and be proactive in proposing innovations and improvements
Fluent in English; excellent command of the Italian language (additional languages will be considered a plus)
Knowledge of MS Office and Google Drive applications

For our HQ based in Lugano, we are looking for a Graphic Designer to boost future projects with creativity, active participation, and a positive attitude.


In particular, he/she will be responsible for the following activities:



  • Manage all the phases of a project, from the creative concept to the creation of content, in line with the Brand Identity.

  • Develop the graphics and creative content aligned with our brand for communication through website, newsletter, social media, working closely with the Front End Developer and the Marketing team.

  • Elaborate creative content for paid marketing and organic campaigns on the digital channels of the Brand, mainly Instagram and Facebook, with particular attention to the most current trends (Stories, Canvas, Slideshow, Dynamic Graphics, Short Video).




Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field (MA preferred)

  • 5 years of experience in graphic design

  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio

  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, XD, Premiere, After Effects)

  • Excellent knowledge of Motion Graphic, Video Editing software and related web management

  • Web Design experience (base knowledge of HTML or CSS)

  • Excellent knowledge at a professional level of the use of Social Networks and communication trends

  • Ability to interact, communicate, and present ideas

  • Multitasking approach and excellent organization skills

  • Strong passion for the world of sports

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

For our Lugano HQ, we are looking for a Senior Digital Performance Marketing Manager to join our rapidly growing company.

The resource will have the opportunity to join a DNVB of international scope, participating and contributing significantly to the growth of a project that is experiencing great success in its first 5 years.


The ideal candidate will be customer driven, detail oriented and comfortable moving in and taking ownership of work in an agile, fast moving working environment.


The Digital Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing and managing performance marketing programs and budgets (> 2 MLN €/year) on Facebook/Instagram - Google Adwords - Criteo, platforms & more paid channels.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Drive qualified traffic to our websites globally, where ecommerce sites are present, with focus on United States, UK and Europe

  • The day-to-day operations of paid search campaigns and paid social campaigns, including the creation of keyword lists, ads copywriting, display ads, bidding strategy and optimization

  • Overseeing retargeting campaigns, utilizing real-time bidding tools to optimize towards ROI goal, implementing A/B tests, and coordinating creativity

  • Data analysis reporting to ensure accurate account spend, and monitor/improve campaign performance

  • Researching campaign issues and formulating tangible solutions

  • Monitoring PPC trends, best practices and techniques, and identifying new opportunities

  • The ideal candidate has at least 3/5 years of experience in managing performance marketing campaigns and relevant budget

  • Experience with management platforms (including Google Adwords, Facebook, etc) and bid management tools.

  • Proficient with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics platform, Google Data Studio.



QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:


  • Strong MS Office skills, proven experience in Excel

  • Results-oriented, with strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills

  • A passion for sport and e-commerce

  • Good knowledge of English and Italian

  • Excellent organizational skills, and ability to multi-task/manage multiple projects at the same time

  • Knowledge of other Analytics platform for quickly data analyzing and managing massive contents

  • Good command of typical online marketing tools: paid marketing, social ADV, retargeting, remarketing, affiliation, email marketing

  • Excellent command in results analysis and evaluation

  • Aesthetic sensibility

  • Good confidence with content management systems

The candidate will be responsible for:


  • Development of content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets;

  • Planning and managing editorial calendars, identifying the best and most relevant topics for the target audience and the most effective and engaging types of content (including articles, videos, social media posts, etc);

  • Writing, editing, proofreading and improving social media posts, newsletters, news articles and web content;

  • Managing creation and distribution of content to all online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic;

  • Optimizing content according to SEO guidelines.


SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:


  • Bachelor in marketing, graphic or communication preferred (MA nice to have);

  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, specific knowledge in marketing strategies and processes (experience in e-commerce will be a plus);

  • Expert in the major trending social media platforms, including Sport/Fitness ones;

  • Customer centric mindset and excellent story teller;

  • Excellent analytical skills to assess the online marketing performance;

  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and SEO analysis will be considerd a plus;

  • Fluent in English (mother tongue preferred);
